kylefyle
kylefyle is where Mertz Productions runs its live events: the production schedule, the run of show, crew travel, venue information and show messaging, in one place for our staff, crew and clients.
Schedules, travel, hotel and the run of show for the shows you're booked on. Nothing else.
Follow the run of show in real time on show day and keep up with the production schedule as it changes.
Email from kylefyle.com comes from our production team about a show at your property. Reply and a person answers.
Crew and clients get the same portal on their phone: show messaging, the run of show live, travel and call times, with notifications on show day.
Mertz Productions is a live event production company based in Orlando, Florida. We produce corporate meetings, conferences, galas and general sessions for clients across the United States and the Caribbean, from technical design through show calling. Learn more at mertzproductions.com.
kylefyle is the private portal we built to run those shows. Access is by invitation: staff, the crew booked on a show and the client's team. If you received an email from an @kylefyle.com address, it concerns a show we are producing with you.
